All of that certain lot, tract, or parcel of land situated in McLauchlin Township, Hoke County, North Carolina, and more
particularly described as follows:
Lying and being in Mclauchlin Township, bloke County, North Carolina, and BEGINNING at a stake in the centedine of State
Road No.1406, the southernmost point of the 1.75 acre Lupo tract as described in Book 194, at Page 634 of the Hoke
County Public Registry; and being part of that Joe Raleigh Land, and runs thence with the center line of State Road No.
1406, South 83 degrees 45 minutes West 682.04 feet to a stake; thence North 6 degrees 15 minutes West 322.47 feet to a
stake; thence North 68 degrees 45 minutes 55 seconds West 146.55 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 62 degrees 48
minutes West 120.26 feet; thence South 70 degrees 52 minutes West 113.81 feet to a stake; thence South 55 degrees 37
minutes West 87.83 feet to a stake; thence North 85 degrees 35 minutes West 138AI feet to a stake to the James Wood
line; thence with the James Wood fine North 6 degrees 50 minutes East 1380.22 feet to the McNeill line; thence with the
McNeill line, South 82 degrees 54 minutes East 709.98 feet to a stake in the Lawrence McCollum line; thence with the

EXCEPTION: Excepting there from that 2.83-acre tract conveyed to James G. Wood as recorded in Book 202, at Page 12
of the Hoke County Public Registry to which reference is hereby made.
All or a portion of the property hereinabove described was acquired by Grantor by instrument recorded in Book 1092,
Page 313, Hoke County Registry. See Certificate of Trust attached hereto as Exhibit B.
