Pursuant to Titles 15A NCAC 02B .0295 and 15A NCAC 02B .0703 (e), a provider shall submit a
project plan proposal to the Division for review and approval that includes specific elements of the
project. By copy of this correspondence and attached Approval Letter, the final buffer mitigation
plan for the Caraway Bluff Mitigation Project submitted on October 6, 2022 is approved. DIMS may
begin implementing the riparian restoration plan according to the approved Plan.
