hereby swears or affirms that the Deed recorded on August 9, 2022, in Deed Book 6586,
Page 1185 of the New Hanover County Registry, by and between Louisiana-Pacific
Corporation (Grantor) and Pacific Woodtech Corporation (Grantee), contained
typographical or minor error(s); and this Affidavit is made to give notice of the below
corrective information:
The tax parcel number for Parcel B was inadvertently omitted from the line
labeled "Tax Lot No." on the first page of the deed. That line should be
supplemented io also include the fallowing number. R04000-003-005-001
Affiant is knowledgeable of the agreement and the intention of the parties in this regard.
Affiant is the attorney representing escrow agent and responsible for recording the
instrument being corrected.
A copy of the previously recorded instrument is attached.

for ingress and egress to and from the above described land over and upon the lands of Ramada
Inns, Inc. (now W.R. Gmce & Company), its successors and assigns, to the pier or wharf
maintained by W.R. Grace & Company, its successors and assigns. Together with the rights
reserved unto Swift & Company, its successors and assigns, to use, for the docking of ships and
unloading of ships, the dock constructed by W.R. Grace & Company, its successors and assigns,
