This letter is a follow up to your letter, dated July 9, 2007, in regard to
the above-referenced project. First, the town wishes to reiterate its request
for a public hearing on this matter, as outlined in our letter to you dated
February 6, 2007. Your letter indicated that you needed a response on this
issue no later than August 15, 2007, and we trust that this letter will reach
you in sufficient time.
Secondly, as to the information that we have requested, would you
please forward a copy of it on a CD to my attention. We would like sufficient
time to review this information once we have received it in light of a possible
public hearing and the opportunity to comment at the appropriate time.
