THE PROJECT IS UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF WATAUGA COUNTY. WATER AND SEWER SERVICES WILL BE PROVIDED BY PRIVATE COMMUNITY WELLS AND SEPTIC. ALL WELLS AND SEPTIC FIELDS TO BE PERMITTED BY OTHERS. EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES HAVE BEEN DESIGNED WITH SKIMMER SEDIMENT BASINS AS THE PRIMARY SEDIMENT CONTROL DEVICE. THE PRIMARY CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE FOR THE PROJECT WILL BE AT THE END OF MILLER MEADOW DRIVE IN PHASE 2A. THE SITE DRAINS TO THE NEW RIVER BASIN. A PORTION OF PHASE 2B DRAINS TO AN UNNAMED TRIBUTARY OF THE SOUTH FORK NEW RIVER WHICH HAS A CLASSIFICATION OF C+. THE OTHER PORTION OF PHASE 2B DRAINS TO NORRIS BRANCH WHICH HAS A CLASSIFICATION OF C-TR+, SEE EXHIBIT FOR DELINEATION OF DRAINAGE AREAS. THE PROJECT WILL BE DESIGNATED AS LOW-DENSITY WITH POST-CONSTRUCTION BUILT-UPON AREAS DRAINING TO NORRIS BRANCH BEING LESS THAN 12% OF THE PROJECT AREA DRAINING TO NORRIS BRANCH.
