This is a follow up to a non-compliant inspection report issued on December 12, 2022. Follow up photographs were
received on December 12, 2022 with additional correspondence received on December 15, 2022.
Sediment at stations 149+50 LT, 186+50 RT, and 188+00 LT were removed and documented with photographs.
Site is compliant with the 401 WQC.
Please note that deficiencies associated with the channel change (159+00 LT) will still need to be addressed.
