Everything looks good except for a few small issues: Please correct the following: - Please upload the electronic files for this project as requested in the 9/8/2022 email below. - Please provide a signed & notarized hard copy of the deed restriction document. NOTE: 2x signed & notarized hard copies of this form were provided, but these forms have the wrong per lot BUA allocation (9,084 sf/lot) and the provided revised document (with 8,969 sf/lot) was not signed/notarized. You may wish to get a second hard copy of this form notarized for the Applicant to keep (as they will need one when going to record these deed restrictions with the Register of Deeds) - Supplement-EZ Form: o Cover Page: ■ Line 2 — Please use the project area (62.90 ac) instead of the property area (63.57 ac). ■ Line 10 — Please answer this item. o Low -Density Page: ■ Please provide the swale design information for swales 31- 48 (attaching an additional sheet if necessary) Please provide the following: - 1x electronic copy of the submittal items for this project. - 1x original signed & notarized hard copy & 1x electronic copy of the deed restriction document (showing 8,969 sf/lot). - 1x hard copy & 1x electronic copy of the revised pages of the Supplement-EZ Form. Reviews under the standard permitting process generally take 75 calendar days, but can take up to 90 calendar days per statute (our other reviewer, Corey Anen, no longer works for the State, so this review may exceed 75 days). Please upload all documents that you mailed into our office through the link provided below.
