Attached is the corrected Attachment A for the ePCN notification only for 3550 Horton Street. Redlines are shown in the
PCN attached.

This project is in the 100-year floodplain (map attached in Att A) and no downed trees will be removed (contrary to
ePCN submittal). The iMaps was comprised during optimization to reduce files size so this has also been fixed in the
Attachment A.
