This letter has been prepared in response to your Notification of Permitting Requirement letter
dated November 14, 2022.
We intend to submit a Notice of Intent (NOI) for coverage under the General Permit No.
NCG210000 for stormwater discharges from lumber and wood products facilities for our facility
prior to December 29, 2022 (45 days of the date of your letter). Preparation of the Notice of
Intent is currently in progress.
