All,
I met with Jim Haga and Brandon Helms on the subject project this afternoon (R-3300B). The JS
stream in the vicinity of the 78” pipe and “air bridge” looked clear. Brandon Helms said that the
reading in the JS from this morning was 7.8 NTU. Please see the attached photos.
I also included a photo of a small basin area at the inlet of the 78” pipe in photo 6454. It is hard to
tell in the photo, but they have hydroseeded the slopes that are graded toward the ditch, installed
wattles in the ditch line and installed PAM on the matting on the berm. They are working on getting
the inlet channel matted with coir fiber this week and they plan to turn water into the channel
before the holiday.
Please let me know if you have any quesitons.
Thank you,

Tom and Hannah,
I wanted to forward this on that the JS has apparently cleared up at R-3300B. Anneliese was going by
the site to do an inspection this afternoon so she should be able to provide some additional updates.
Thanks,

Sean
I wanted let you know that there was another sediment discharge into the JS stream. There was a
dozer operator that was pushing water off the grade near Y32 STA 30+00. The turbid water got into
the ditch that runs down to the JS Stream. Below are results from the turbidity meter. Please let me
know if you have any questions.
Cheers,
Ben
