Submit a revised sedimentation and erosion control plan. ❑ d Provide permanent groundcover or convert temporary groundcover to permanent groundcover as soon as practicable but in no case longer than 90 calendar days after the last land disturbing activity including but not limited to areas noted in 10. Observations. ❑ e. Provide additional erosion and sediment control measures required to sufficiently to retain sediment on the tract. ❑ f. Install erosion and sediment control devices sufficient to retain sediment on the tract including but not limited to areas noted in 10. Observations. ❑ g. Provide an adequate stream buffer zone of sufficient width to confine visible sedimentation within the 25% of the buffer nearer the land disturbance using natural or artificial means. ❑ h. Reduce the angle of graded slopes to an angle on which vegetative ground cover may be established including but not limited to areas noted in 10. Observations. ❑ i. Provide temporary or permanent ground cover, devices, or structures sufficient to restrain erosion on exposed slopes within seven (7) calendar days from the last date of land disturbing activity. 12. Additional Corrective Actions: ❑ I. The Land Disturbance Permit requires renewal. Submit EC Transmittal Form and associated renewal fee to Town Hall. For juestions, contact Hannah Shaw. ❑ m. Remediate illicit discharge/illicit connection: ❑ Install and/or maintain concrete washout. ❑ Properly control waste such as discarded building materials, concrete truck washout, chemicals, litter, and sanitary waste to avoid contact with surface waters/wetlands/buffers and prevent discharge from site. 07 ❑ n. Install and maintain all sedimentation and erosion control measures as specified in the approved plan and as required to prevent sedimentation ❑ damage. ❑ k Perform inspections of the area covered by the plan after each phase has been completed and after establishment of temporary ground cover as required by land disturbance permit. Maintain and make available a record of each inspection at the site. 13. For Final Inspections Only: ® Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established. No additional self -monitoring or self -inspections are required. Project is released and coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction Activities is terminated.
