Dear Mr. Lewis:
As per our telephone conversation on May 27, 1981; I would
like to request wasteload allocation studies be conducted at the
following five locations which are marked on the enclosed copies
of U.S.G. maps as follows:
1./ Sugar Mountain Utility WTP: Present capacity 200,000 gpd
-/ normal domestic wastewater. Allocations be run for
300,000 gpd and 400,000 gpd normal domestic wastewater.

City of Banner Elk WTP: Present capacity 330,000 gpd
normal domestic wastewater. Allocations to be run for
570,000 gpd normal domestic wastewater. Discharge at
