There is also a site on Y8 that has stream/wetland impacts, but no buffer impacts and there are buffer impacts, but no stream impact at L 44+97 - 46+10 Rt - therefore, those 2 areas are canceling out each other. Kinda summarized below.  Site 1 on Buffer Drawings - has 3 buffer impacts  Site 1 on Permit Drawings – as impacts at same buffer sites  Site 2 Permit Drawings, has NO BUFFER IMPACTS and does not correspond to Buffer Site 2  Site 2 on Buffer Drawing – has impacts but are not associated with Site 2 Permit Drawing  Site 3 on Permit Drawings has only ONE impact, which corresponds to Buffer Site 4 that has 2 impacts – where the little pond is within the buffer on Site 4. There is one impact on Site 4 Buffer that doesn’t have a stream impact and Site 5 on the Buffer has no stream impacts.  Site 3 on Buffer Drawings is at the large pond  Site 4, 5, & 6 on the Permit Drawings are Sites 6, 7, & 8 on the Buffer Drawings  So, there ARE 2 less stream/wetland impacts vs the buffer permit drawings. If there are any other questions, please let me know. I just talked to Jerry and he said that he’s going to have to put the permit/project on hold if he doesn’t have an answer by first thing tomorrow morning. Could we get them something today?
