Ito final plans and specifications for the subject project have baesrn
reviewed and found to be ssticfectory. lwathoriwtation is hereby granted
for the construction of additions to the existing 0.163 MOD westewates
trestsaet plaat, to Isereass the hydraulic espatity to 0.330 MOD, consist-
ing of a primary clarifier, aeration chamber, secerndary clarifier, dual
eblorias contact ebarbars, post aeration, dschlorinatieu facilities,
approximately 2,735 square feet of additional sludge drying bads, recircula-
tion pumping station with dual 100 4FK ,ups and standby power supply.
This is a Class III Wastewater Treatment Plant which requires the
responsible operator in charge to hold a valid Grade III Certificate.
This Authorisation. to Construct shall be subject to rsvocatiou ualess
the wastewater traatasat facilities wad additions *re constructed in
acesrdaace with tips conditions and limitations specified in Permit NO.
