This information on these 307 (a) priority pollutants was either not available when Forest City' s NPDES permit was last renewed or the POTW' s effluent composition has changed substantially since permit issuance. After review of this data, it has been determined that the NPDES permit should be reopened, pursuant to Part III Condition E of the subject permit, for the addition of effluent limits and/or monitoring requirements for the parameters indicated on the attached approval form.
