Nick Adams was present during the inspection. The following are items that need attention: - Station 67+00-70+00 LT - Additional cover is needed on slope above ditch that leads to JS. - Station 149+50 LT - Remove sediment from JS at culvert outlet. Sediment appears to have washed down slope along silt fence. - Station 159+00 LT (Channel change) - Water is piping underneath header rock of energy dissipator. Also, third cross vane needs repair (fill void on Right bank). - Station 186+50 RT - Sediment was observed in JS (outlet of box culvert). Needs to be removed. - Station 188+00-190+00 LT - Sediment in pipe needs to be removed before next rain event. Additional measures may be needed in area where 60" pipe is being installed. Heavy rain is expected this week.
