**SELMA MILL: The Corps agrees to the M&M bond reduction for Bond No. 9298618 in
conjunction with the Year 5 credit release. The penal sum at Year 5 should be $78,600, per the
bond reduction schedule.
SAW-2016-01990 / EBX-Neuse 1, LLC / RES Neu -Con UM81 /Stone Creek Year 4 Monitoring Report
**STONE CREEK: The Corps agrees to the M&M bond reduction for Bond No. 9332407 in
conjunction with the Year 4 credit release. The penal sum at Year 4 should be $113,080, per the
bond reduction schedule.
