Engineers has issued a Public Notice. The text of this document can be accessed using Google

Project Description: The Wilmington District, Corps of Engineers (Corps) received a prospectus
describing the establishment of an umbrella compensatory mitigation bank, known as the Wildlands
Yadkin 05 UMB, Four Hills Mitigation Project. The Bank Sponsor, Wildlands Engineering, Inc, would
restore, enhance and preserve approximately 18,794 linear feet of stream channel and restore (re-

establishment, rehabilitation) 8.8 acres of wetland that would be used to offset impacts authorized
as part of future Federal and State permits, located in the Hydrologic Unit Code 03040105 of the
Yadkin River Basin. The 57.8-acre Four Hills Mitigation Project is located approximately thirteen miles
northwest of Wadesboro in Anson County, North Carolina.
