These look ok to me Jeff. I'd also add that you should mention the need for berm removal on the upper portions of
Quaker Creek. We'd also like to see the buffer here expanded to the top of the ridge. Lastly, I noted several existing
walnut trees in the buffer. You all should discuss whether you'll be keeping these or removing them.
