1, Paul Weeks, Jr. PE, certify to the best of my knowledge that the addition of the volume of
wastewater to be permitted in this project has been evaluated along the route to the receiving
wastewater treatment facility and that the flow from this project is not anticipated to cause any
capacity related sanitary sewer overflows or overburden any downstream pump station en route to the
receiving treatment plant under normal circumstances, given the implementation of the planned
improvements identified in the planning assessment where applicable. This analysis has been
performed in accordance with local established policies and procedures using the best available data.
This certification applies to those items listed above in Sections I and If plus all attached planning
assessment addendums for which I am the responsible party. Signature of this form certifies that the
receiving collection system or treatment works has adequate capacity to transport and treat the
proposed new wastewater.

Fast Track Sewer Extension Application — Pine Reserve Offsite Sewer Upgrades Modification (WQ0043776)
Narrative
Previously, Timmons Group submitted an application for 10 lengths of 8" sewer upgrades equating to approximately
1,474 FT. Upon further investigation, it was found that the last 4 lengths of sewer (pipes 1, 2, 3, and 4) were actually
12" and therefore did not need to be upgraded. The pipe directly upstream of the existing 12" sewer (pipe 5) will now
be 12" to increase the flow capacity. Pipe 6 and existing ariel crossing (pipe 7) will no longer be upgraded. Pipes 8
and 10 will be replaced as 8" pipe as per the previous submittal.

Fast Track Sewer Extension Application — Pine Reserve Offsite Sewer Upgrades Modification (WQ0043776)
To Whom It May Concern:
Timmons Group is pleased to resubmit the following Fast Track Sewer Extension Application on behalf of the Town
of Sanford. This review is for the replacement of 8-inch sewer. This project includes the replacement of 4 lengths of
sewer equating to approximately 446 FT of 8" sewer,144 FT of 12" sewer, and 2 manholes with the addition of 1 new
doghouse manhole. The planned limits of disturbance are approximately 0.32 acres.
The sewer upgrades are in support of the Pine Reserve Apartments, Pine Reserve has an onsite pump station that is
designed to discharge 110 GPM. Flow monitoring was done on the existing sewer and the total peak flow was
measured at 250 GPM.
We look forward to hearing from you regarding this review. If you have any questions or need any additional
information, please don't hesitate to contact me at 704.790.2914 or blll.keatonra`,timmons.com at your convenience.
