Based on receipt of the Section 401 Water Quality Certification denial for the above referenced project, we cannot
process your Section 404 permit. Therefore, your permit application is withdrawn from our office. You may re -submit
your permit application for evaluation in conjunction with your revised 401 water quality certification application.
