Inspection Summary:
Inspection conducted in response to submittal of application for No Exposure Certification. Dumpsters are covered with a
secured tarp or roll -away plastic lid and there was no evidence of leaks at the time of inspection. Outdoor pipe racks are
also covered with secured tarps. A'Rain for Rent' double -walled tank is utilized at the facility as a DAF process vessel for
wastewater. Valves in the pipes leading to two previously used single -walled tanks have been closed. A recommendation
was made to install locks on these valves. Facility personnel relayed that they have response procedures in place and drain
covers on hand in the event of a spill. Based on the observations made at the time of inspection, facility is eligible for a No
Exposure Certification.
Upon issuance of No Exposure Certification, Certificate of Coverage NCG060416 issued on 7/1/2021 to Ameriqual Aseptic
(same facility, purchased by Saputo) should be rescinded.
