Enclosed you will find the report for the compliance inspection that was conducted on December 2,
2022. The MRO would like to extend our thanks to Lynn Aldridge for his time and assistance during the
inspection.
At the time of the inspection, due to a tear in the liner in the northeast corner of the storage lagoon,
the system is not in compliance with the permit. Please make repairs to the liner as soon as possible
and notify the MRO when the repair has been completed. Otherwise, the treatment and disposal
systems appear to be operating satisfactorily.
