PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that on December 05, 2022 Oppidan (2000 Regency Pkwy Ste 1, Cary, NC 27511)
applied to the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR)for a 401 Individual Water Quality Certification, pursuant
to Section 401 of the Federal Clean Water Act and Title 15A NCAC 02H .0500.The activity for which this
certification is sought regards Industrial/ Commercial/Business.The DWR's proposed date of final action on
the application is January 08, 2023.
Written comments on the application described above must be received by DWR no later than 5 p.m. on
January 08, 2023. Written comments may be submitted online by filling out the Public Notice Comment Form
here: <https://edocs.deg.nc.gov/Forms/401 Public Notice Comments>. Written comments may also be
mailed to: 401 Permitting, 1617 Mail Service Center, Raleigh, NC, 27699-1617.
