The information accompanying this cover letter is submitted per North Carolina Division of
Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources, Industrial Storm Water General Permit NCG030000,
Certificate of Coverage number NCG030557, Part E. Included, as required, are the original
paper copy of the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR), and a copy of the DMR Upload Form.
During the Month of August 2022, there was no measurable stormwater discharge (flow) at
either one of the two outfalls on our site. The enclosed documentation applies to the following
time -period:
Year: 1 2022 1 Month: I AUGUST Monthly due Tier II @ SDO#I & Tier I @ SDO#2
Furthermore, we have contracted with Loureiro Engineering Associates to assess, evaluate,
recommend changes, and design engineered BMPs to control our stormwater discharges. The
goal of the project is to have the storm water ditches, outfalls and possible pollution and
contamination sources controlled and/or mitigated with low maintenance, safe, and effective
controls that are compliant with our permit and all applicable Local, State and Federal
regulations.
