Subject: SW6220101 - Woodshire Subdivision Phase 7
Good Morning,
The Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR), received a complete Stormwater Management Permit
Application for the subject project on November 22, 2022. Staff review of the plans and specifications has determined
that the project, as proposed, will comply with the Stormwater Regulations set forth in Title 15A NCAC 21-1.1000 - 1062
rules. We are forwarding Permit No. SW6220101, dated December 6, 2022, for the construction, operation and
maintenance of the subject project and the stormwater system. This permit shall be effective from the date of issuance
and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations as specified therein, and does not supersede any other agency
permit that may be required.
The original signed permit package and approved plans are being mailed to the permittee, Watson Caviness, at the
following address (NOTE: An electronic version of this permit can be found in our online repository:

corrections need to be made) after which point, they will be kept on file at the Fayetteville Regional Office. If you have
any questions, or need additional information concerning this matter, please contact Jim Farkas at
