Reid, Environmental , Chemistry Consultant 7 SUBJECT: Special Order by Consent Town of Forest City Rutherford County, North Carolina Please model condi tions in the Second Broad Ri ver in the vicinity of the Town of Forest City's wastewater treatment facility to project the effects on the Second Broad River of an additional 0.26 MGD of wastewater being discharged from the Town's treatment facility.
