Town of Forest City
Rutherford County, North Carolina
Please model condi tions in the Second Broad Ri ver in the vicinity of
the Town of Forest City's wastewater treatment facility to project the
effects on the Second Broad River of an additional 0.26 MGD of wastewater
being discharged from the Town's treatment facility.
Self -monitoring data for the period June 1982 - May 1983 showed the
Town's wastewater to have the following effluent characteristics:

Please send the results of this analysis as soon as possible. The
Town of Forest City is currently under a moratorium on connections and
has several individual homeowners who have completed construction and
