Dear Mr. Moore:
The final plans and specifications for the subject project have
been reviewed and found to be satisfactory. Authorization is hereby
granted for the construction of a 2.9 MGD equalization facility to
consist of a partially cement -lined 2.9 MG equalization basin with six
30 hp floating aerators, a lime neutralization system, flow control valve,
and related piping and appurtenances.
This is a Class II Wastewater Treatment Plant which requires that
the operator in responsible charge hold a valid Grade II Certificate.
This Authorization to Construct shall be subject to revocation unless
the wastewater treatment facilities are constructed in accordance with
the conditions and limitations specified in Permit No. NC0005312.
Also, enclosed is a copy of WPC Form #50 "Cost of Wastewater Treat-
ment Works." This form is to be completed and returned to this office
within thirty (30) days after the project is oompleted.
One set of approved plans and specifications is being returned to you.
