At the time of inspection, required maintenance, discharge, flow and meter calibration records, spill prevention plan, residuals management plan, annual standard soil fertility analysis, ORC documentation and NDMR, NDAR reports were available for review. Maintenance was conducted on the facility piping July 2022 to replace, and replumb facility intake lines. Repair receipt and photo were available at time of inspection. The facility currently uses an in -line potable water meter to calculate metered flow and is calibrated once per permit cycle. Daily water usage averages 840 GPD. Flow usage is measured daily. The domestic lines in the facility are piped to a septic tank which is pumped out quarterly. Lagoon freeboard is measured daily. At the time of inspection, the freeboard level was found to be -3.7" in the lagoon. The permitted operating freeboard is 24". The EZ Treat electrical control treatment system is inspected monthly. All required pumps are operated manually and in proper working order. The EZ treat Pods are inspected monthly and spray nozzles are cleaned as required. The UV system is inspected weekly, and the quartz sleeves cleaned monthly. The wet well is pumped out as necessary. The Lagoon synthetic liner was well maintained and is inspected monthly for tears and debris removed as necessary. The facility is fenced and secured with proper signage. The irrigation control panel and moisture sensor are checked for proper operation prior to each irrigation cycle. The irrigation disc filters are cleaned when a pressure loss of 5 PSI occurs. The spray field maintenance records were complete, moisture sensor and vegetative cover was well maintained in each field. Soils analyses are collected and analyzed by NCAD&CS Agronomic division. No indication was noted for lime addition. Permit required compliance samples are drawn for the facility 3X year as required by the permit and analyzed by Enco labs. Record of certification for the facility ORC were on file and available for review. Recent facility NDMR and NDAR forms were submitted as required and reviewed on site.
