Following up on yesterday's meeting; I have received higher level approval of the plan to incorporate the Alt E data into
the baseline data stream for the Mod Alt L monitoring reports. Please implement the plan as discussed at your
convenience.

This modification of the Final Creeks Plan of Feb 2011 is considered minor and does not rise to the level necessary to
trigger a formal Public Notice procedure. I will follow up with CZR/PCS to confirm we all have the same expectations.

I appreciate the time and energy everyone has put into resolving this question.
