Good afternoon Colleen,
This pre -filing meeting request is for the Berry Property project located at 10913 Leesville Road, Raleigh, Wake County,
NC and is approximately 18 acres. Existing conditions onsite consists primarily of forested land and field areas. General
land use in the vicinity of the project consists of forested land with residential neighborhoods. Sycamore Creek
Elementary is located just to the North of the property. Leesville Road bounds the property to the east. The overall
project consists of the construction of a multi -family residential development including but not limited to; residential
lots, utilities, roadway infrastructure, and SCMs. Specifically, there is one proposed road crossing that impacts wetlands.
Please see the overall site plan below and note that this may change as we are working with the engineers to minimize
impacts.
