(Jan 2022) Contacted Tom Tharrington and Helen Perez at NC DEQ Wilmington Regional Office to notify them
of the presence of VOCs (Chloromethane/Bromomethane) in December 2021 quarterly MW samples 2 and 11.
- Env. Specialist 11, Helen Perez, advised that we resample the wells positive for VOCs.

Under the guidance of the NC DEQ Wilmington Regional Office, MW2 and MW11 were resampled on 2124/22.
VOCs were not detected in either of the wells resampled February 2022.
Env. Specialist 11, Helen Perez, was contacted with the results on 3/8/22.
- Attached are the corresponding GW-59 forms for the resampled monitoring wells.
