We received additional information for this project on 7/5/22. The following issues were noted:

1) There appears to be an issue with the project area/drainage area value used. The Application (Section IV, 10)
shows the drainage area for the low-density area as 623,904 sf and the Drainage Area Page of the Supplement-
EZ Form shows the drainage area for the low-density area as 624,214 sf. Please revise as needed.
2) Supplement-EZ Form, Drainage Area Page:
a. Line 8 – The total BUA shown here (149,812 sf) does not match the value in the Application (Section IV,
10) and response to comments letter (149,736 sf). Please revise as needed.
b. Line 12, Roof – The roof area allocated to the individual lots does not need to be recorded on this line
(Line 12 is a breakdown of all of the BUA not located on subdivided lots, only common area BUA needs
to be shown on Line 12). Please remove this value from this line.
3) Please upload the electronic files from the latest resubmission and the electronic files that were requested from
earlier submissions. There is a slight delay between the electronic files getting uploaded and me being able to
see them (The files get QA/QC’d by other staff) so If you uploaded these files in the past day or two they may
not have come through yet (If that is the case, please let me know).

Everything else appears to be in order.

My records show that we addressed the comments and resubmitted everything on 02-16-22 and have not heard back. It
makes me concerned that we may owe you something. Could you update me on status of this permit please?
