Good morning Gary,
I hope you doing well. Plant surveys for Small Whorled Pogonia and Schweiniti s Sunflower were conducted for NCDOT
project R-5850 in Guilford County. NCDOT is now ready to submit the application for the construction of the project,
however, the survey for Small Whorled Pogonia has exceeded the one-year expiration. I have attached the results of the
surveys that include pertinent information. After reviewing the attached documents, would you please let me know if
you are okay with a "No Effect" conclusion for Small Whorled Pogonia. If you would like to discuss further, please feel
