EXISTING FACILITIES: MODIFICATION AND RENEWAL APPLICATIONS 1. Is the design, maintenance, and operation of the treatment facilities adequate for the type of waste and disposal system? ® Yes or ❑ No If no, please explain: Description of existing facilities: Single family WWT system consisting of a 1,000 gallon baffled septic tank, an Orenco AX20 filter with a 1,00 recirculation tank, 2,500 gallon storage tank/pump with a % HP pump, a pressure reducing valve, audio/visual high water alarms, and rain sensor, and ultraviolet (UV) disinfection unit and 0.20 acre drip irrigation area consisting of four zones each with 1,072 linear feet (LF) of drip line containing 536 emitters, and all associated piping, valves, controls and appurtenances. All located within the homeowner's property. Proposed flow: 360 gallons per day (GPD) Maximum application rate of 24.82 inches/year. The dedicated irrigation field is located on the residence. The field is adequately buffered, and the maps display the buffer boundaries. 3. The debris needs to be removed from the drip irrigation field. Additionally, MRO would like the two -wire fence repaired. These items were noted in correspondence from the 2022 inspection. 15. The property changed ownership approximately a year ago. MRO was not notified of the ownership change, but has provided ownership change forms to the new owners. CO may need to sort out if there are past due fees that will need to be paid by the new owner. 2. AQWA was in process of repairs at the time of the inspection and they have agreed to send photos to MRO to display the repair to the distribution line has been completed. 3.
