PCS PHOSPHATE - TANK FARM REMEDIAL ACTION PLAN QUARTERLY OPERATIONAL AND MAINTENANCE REPORT FOR THE INJECTION AND WITHDRAWAL WATER WELLS August 2022 — October 2022 The Tank Farm Remediation System consists of a series of seven- (7) injection water wells located on the south side of the Tank Farm Area and a series of fourteen (14) withdrawal water wells located on the north side of the Tank Farrn Area. Injection Water Well System The injection water well system is operated with mine depressurization water (DPW). Daily operational data is collected by the Shipping Department and reported to the Environmental Affairs Department.
