This is to advise you that a final inspection has been made at the ES 2019-06 Tryon Road C
This inspection was made of the project improvements at the following locations and was found to
have been completed according to the City of Raleigh and/or the North Carolina Department of
Transportation standards and specifications and is now accepted by the North Carolina Department
of Transportation for continuous maintenance with the warranty period beginning 06/21/2022.
Tryon Road (-L-)
t 6,277 LF of variable width roadway improvements with 76' back-to-back new curb and gutter and
5' concrete sidewalk on both sides of the road over the full length, beginning at a point 470' west of
Lake Wheeler Rd (Sta.11+56) and proceeding east to the Carolina and Northwestern Railway bridge
(Sta.74+33).

t 708 LF of variable width roadway improvements beginning at Tryon Road (Sta.22+85) and
proceeding south 708 LF (Sta.15+77)
This acceptance is subject to a one-year guarantee against failure because of faulty workmanship or
materials.
