This is all completely baffling to me. I am a farmer, not an Engineer. I have no idea what you need. I have asked
Robbie Cohen, a local General Contractor to help me in this matter. I am forwarding this Email to him.
If you have to return the application, you do what you need to do, it will only cause us a lot more work and
aggravation.

Mr. Cuddy,
I heard from Eric Rouse with Duke Energy that you may be working with the US Army Corps of Engineers to
obtain a 404 permit from them. This sounds great but you still need a 401 Water Quality from the Division of
Water Resources. Please let me know which Nationwide Permit you are obtaining from the USACE and a
copy of this if you already have it.

Again, if we do not receive additional information, we have no choice but to return your application.

you may need to apply for a different permit from the US Army Corps of Engineers. The only additional
