NARRATIVE
The following project, Carolina Pets Animal Hospital, is a 2.63-acre site
consisting of a commercial building, parking, and a sand filter BMP. The pre
development conditions include 3 drainage areas consisting of 11 acres
converging into two points of interest located just west of the site. The post
development conditions include 4 drainage areas consisting of 11 acres
converging into two points of interest located just west of the site. The two
points of interest were used to determine that the post conditions meet all town
of Wesley Chapel stormwater requirements as found in the following report. A
summary of the pre and post flows for the two points of interest can be found
on the following page. Drainage area delineations can be found on the
plan sheet C-5.4.
