Please note that our data is coming from a data chart from a local website: https://www.wunderground.com/history/daily/us/nc/flat-rock/KAVL rain gage at an East Flat Rock location near our facility and a rain gage located at our outfall location DA-001 (retention pond). This sampling does meet all of the parameters for a qualifying rain event per our permit.
