Due to significant site stabilization, Guilford County can release the erosion control surety for the above referenced
project. Enclosed you will find the Land Improvement Bonds for $35,250.00.
Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established. No additional self -monitoring or self -
inspections are required. Project is released. Termination of coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for
Construction Activities should be requested by the permittee via a Notice of Termination.
