Once applications arrive in house they are set up for us to not be able to edit content as a quality control and
accountability piece nor can we release them back to the applicant.
We do however have options to facilitate this request.
Sheri Montalvo would be processing this application and I have included her on this email. She would be the one to let
you know which way she processes these types of requests, but she can either use this email as a reference to update
our system upon entering it into our database that it is a NW18 instead of a NW39 or she may ask you submit a
supplemental form through the system to make the requested change. Either way you would not need to redo your
entire ePCN for this. Using the email means that we know of the change, using the supplemental form means the Corps
and any other associated agencies are also made aware of the change request.
