Since Metrolina Greenhouses Inc still owns the property, we're required to get your approval for Charlotte Water to pursue plan approval. The permit will include the pump station site, which is located on Parcel ID 02106104 with an address of 15744 Huntersville-Concord Road, and the potential excess soil stockpile area (which first must be agreed to by Metrolina and construction contractor), which is located on Parcel ID 021028114 with an unassigned address (located between 17232 and 16822 Huntersville-Concord Rd).
