The dredging moratorium dates I included in the most recent comments from 1/14/15 for the modification to the Carawan project are incorrect. The
moratorium dates should be from Feb 15 -Sept 30 and not April 1 -Sept 30. Attached is a revised letter with the correct dates. My apologies for any confusion this
may have caused.
