As a follow -up to my e -mail below, I would like to provide a status update to the EA and request an additional 60 -day hold on review of the permit application,
We are still waiting on responses from several of the various state and federal agencies that we've consulted, Responses will need to be received prior to
publishing the EA, Based on the agency timeframes for review and the responses that are still outstanding, we anticipate at least a 60 day delay in submittal of
the draft EA,
Therefore, we respectfully request an additional 60 -day hold on review of the permit application, I will forward a copy of the draft EA to you as soon as its
published so that the permitting process can be resumed,

I have reached out to Roberto but he has been in the field so I wanted to contact you as well regarding the attached correspondence,
In response to the attached letter from DWR requesting additional information, I wanted to inform you that the Environmental Assessment (EA) will not be
completed within 30 days of the letter, We are currently in the process of preparing the EA but the U,S, Coast Guard will wait until we've received responses
back from the various state and federal agencies that we've consulted with prior to publishing the draft EA, Therefore, it may be another 60 -90 days before we
receive responses back from our consultations and incorporate those into the EA, I will contact Roberto Scheller as soon as the results of the draft EA are
published so that the permitting process can be resumed,
Please let me know if this email will satisfy the 30 day response requirement mentioned in the letter,
