Daniel has not sent that sheet where I can check whether the Corps objects or not on the
project but as long as they are not double handling within that 2 -3 sq ft of jurisdictional
area then they do not require a permit from our office.

There will be only be 2 -3 sq ft. of existing open water excavated in the North River Farms
Project. The remaining 9,420sq ft will be created out of high ground. Please don't hesitate

Ryan,
I have a couple of questions about the N River Farms application.
Although the chart shows that 9,420 sq ft of open water will be dredged, the Bio states that
upland will be dredged to open waters. So, exactly how much wetlands or open waters will be
impacted by this project.
If the impact is just the area of connection between the canal and proposed stream creation,
could you estimate the square footage to be impacted. If it's just a couple of square feet,
I could issue it as a no permit required (because the work is taking place on high ground).
