a site inspection was performed on CNA 2nd Plant Project on October 6, 2022.
Permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion was established and the permit has
been closed. No additional self -monitoring or self -inspections are required. The project
is released and coverage under NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction
Activities is terminated.
