Johnson Job Corp Center) turn right at next intersection (church will be
across the street on left)
Go approximately .2 miles turn left on Wayah Rd (there is Citgo on the
corner)
Follow Wayah Rd for 14 miles
Turn left onto Holly Ridge Road. There is stone sign for Nantahala
Highlands subdivision.
Take Holly Ridge Road straight (do not take Turkey Grass Lane)
At fork take a left on Lake Shore Drive.
At bottom of hill take a left on Nantahala Cove Rd - at the little library.
(Nantahala Highlands neighborhood gate will be on the right)
Keep left - keep going & the house is the second on right 109 Nantahala
Cove Rd.

Application Fee:
Once the application has been accepted. You will need to send a corresponding fee in with the appropriate DWR#. The
application fee is as follows (pursuant to G.S. 143-215.3D):
a $240.00 for impacts to lake (below normal water level) of less than 1 acre
a $570.00 for impacts to lake (below normal water level) of greater or equal to 1 acre
