Dave and Eric,
Division 9 has completed the U-2579BA project. This concludes all the work under the U-2579B permit and multiple
modifications. I am attaching a permit completion form for DWR. We did not have a permit completion form in the
USACE approval. I have included the USACE Action ID for reference, and provided a link to the original authorization for
reference. We will continue to monitor the 2 sites for onsite mitigation credit (Site 20 on U-2579B and Smith Creek and
the UT on U-2579BA) per permit conditions.
