Andrew,
Thank you for the comments. Based on this the impacts to wetlands for the project will be:
• W-7 0.009 acres of temporary impacts
• W-9 0.016 acres of temporary impacts
• W-14 0.042 acres of permanent impacts
The grading impacts at W-7 and W-9 are associated with wetland restoration. At these wetlands the final grades will
allow reconnection to the floodplains and enhance wetland hydrology. The impact at W-14 is a conversion of wetlands
to stream channel. These impacts will not result in a loss of waters.
Have a good Thanksgiving,
David

Subject: Pleasant Grove Floodplain Restoration
David,
Similar to the Bat Fork Restoration wetlands, it appears wetland impacts W-7 and W-9 at Pleasant Grove will continue to
function as wetlands after construction and W-14 will be a conversion to stream. If that's correct, we'll call W-7 and W-9
temporary, and keep W-14 as permanent.
Let me know of any concerns with this or if I am missing something.
